Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Lucky Streak, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the app

Lucky Streak is provided for personal entertainment. You agree to use the app lawfully and not misuse, reverse engineer, modify, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the app.

No gambling

Lucky Streak is a dice game for entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling, prizes, wagering, cash-out, or casino-style payouts.

Local gameplay data

The app may store local game history, settings, player names, achievements, and current game progress on your device. You are responsible for managing access to your device.

Intellectual property

Lucky Streak, including its design, artwork, text, and game presentation, is owned by Ronald Louis Jones Jr. or licensed for use in the app. You may not copy or redistribute the app except as permitted by applicable app store terms.

Apple terms

If you downloaded Lucky Streak from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms.

No warranty

Lucky Streak is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available on every device.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
